This is what Dave suggests for the Bible study name: "Hope, Homosexuality and Hospitality: What does the Bible say about . . . ?"
If that works, let’s just get it on the calendar for July 23rd at whatever time summer things happen – 7 PM? Or potluck first at 6 PM?
I'm excited to offer this to the congregations of the Metro area as well as Creator - it kind of feels like hospitality!

This is exciting news. I'm sure the title of the Bible study will draw folks.
Keeping the time the same as past events makes sense. Having it open to the Metro area does feel like hospitality.
I will bring it up at the next LCNA chapter meeting and spread the word.
The bible study sounds fantastic and I agree the later date is probably better. What about having a dessert potluck for after the bible study so that people will feel free to chat about the discussion?
A dessert potluck sounds like a hospitable thing to do and likely would encourage people to say.
